We used this in the UK and Europe and it worked great. It’s not too large or heavy, making it easy to travel with. It’s really nice that it is USB compatible as well.

This is my second adapter I have had. The first one I purchased over 5 years ago and still works perfectly.Overall, the convenience and reliability of the adapter worked as designed and as expected. I took it with me on a recent trip to Europe and it worked everywhere form the plane to the numerous hotel rooms we stayed at. They are a bit large and took up some room in my carry on among other electronics, but I guess they have to be this size if you want the convenience with all these different plug types available in one standalone package.

This was bought for my grandmother for her to take a mission trip to the Czech Republic. She seemed to be able to use it easily.

Clever design, great for travelling. Easy to pack as it doesn't have any prongs sticking out.

This came in handy on a recent trip to Switzerland, where a bigger and bulkier adapter would have been too large. Plan to purchase another for upcoming trip to Italy so we will have two.

Someday I hope to take them to visit the beautiful island of Okinawa. The first impression is that the adapter is very well made.The company "has a full LIFETIME GUARANTEE on every product that leaves their factory."Impressive.The adapter is compact, efficient, convenient and straightforward to use.I have charged my cellphone using it and had no issues during the charging process and after.

My previous travel adapter has been reliable but I wanted a spare for trips. This one is particularly appealing because it includes two USB sockets with total output of 2.4A.The adaptor allows you to plug into UK, Europe, Australia, or US-style outlets, and allows items from those countries to be plugged into it. The EU outlet seems extra-long – my previous adaptor is shorter and sometimes had to be held against the outlet by leaning a bag on it to maintain connection – so I’m happy to see the extra length.Unlike most adaptors that have flip-out contacts, this one has slide-outs. When a plug has been slid out fully, it locks in place, and you have to depress the button on the opposite side to retract it. While this slider seems robust, the mechanism is hidden, so if it ever jammed, you’d be out of luck.When plugged in, there is a dim blue LED beside the USB ports on the bottom (which could also be top if you want when plugged into an EU or US wall outlet).The USB provides plenty of power… At 52% battery remaining, I plugged my Samsung S8 into the adaptor and my phone said it would be fully charged in 1h 12min. I tried the OEM Samsung Quick Charge which stated 56min, so I believe this outlet does provide the juice it claims to. Note that the maximum output is 2.4A, so if you used both USB ports, it would only supply 1.2A each which would cause slow charging.Overall, I think this will be a great primary travel adapter.
