(Being an adult, I just have to use a little more than recommended for brushing) It took a few weeks for my cheeks to be completely healed, and my tongue looks and feels better. I never have to go through any painful burning during or after. This product has a pleasant bubble mint flavor and the only active ingredient in the product is fluoride protection.
