Brand Etista2pack life size crows.I’d heard of crow “funerals”— & may have observed one today.4-5 crows have been hanging around my backyard more & more this spring. I have witnessed what a crow can do to a smaller bird or animal & have been concerned for 3 young squirrels just out of the nest.I waited until the usual Crow daily ETA — late afternoon — and in their sight threw the decoy with wings into the top of a shrub— feet up. The other decoy I dropped nearby in the grass— also feet up.The crows went nuts for about 5 mins. All was quieter for 3-4 mins & then their screeching became almost deafening. More crows were flying into the trees than I knew were around for miles. Several flew down low as if inspecting the “dead bodies”. Their screeching became irregular — like a child who’s cried so long they can’t catch their breath. Their intense distress was so obvious I would have felt sorry for them if they were not so mean. The “funeral” lasted about 20 mins and they all flew away.Crows are known to be fascinating & brilliant birds. I just want their glory to be in someone else’s trees.If you are seeking realistic “crows”, you have arrived @ your destination with these. Very well made.

As others have mentioned, these look real with real feathers. The interior appears to be a thick/solid styrofoam or some sort. I wanted mine to hang in the air as if it were flying. Had to rig up fishing line several times and figure out the right balance between the front and back which was a serious pain. I wonder if putting a couple thicker staples into the body to tie onto would have been a better approach. They are tough to situate onto whatever it is you want them to perch. For another one I tried 3m velcro; it's been like that for a month now but we'll see how long it lasts. It is strong stuff but since the feet are not solid, there isn't much surface to attach the sticker side of the velcro to. In the pics, there's one flying, one sitting on top of the chandelier and one on top of the cabinets. This is my "Raven's Lair Earthship" in Taos NM. They really sealed the deal on decor! Plus I have a raven door knocker!

I love these beat up raven/crows for seasonal decor. I try to get a few every year. I had never ordered them on line from Amazon before so I thought I would try. These ones look Ok, but they will not stand no matter how you move their feet. The tail is so long and firm that the tail just prevents it from standing and they fall forward. I tried cutting the tail shorter to see if it would help the balance but NOOOO! If you plan on doing anything but tying these guys to something, DO NOT PURCHASE this version. All the other ones I have, can always stand on their own two feet if required. No worth the money.

These made my scarecrow costume pop. I was searching and searching for the perfect accent for my scarecrow costumethis past Halloween. I was able to sew one of these crows to my shoulder for that extra special touch to bring my scarecrow to life. I loved it and everyone at the Halloween party loved it. Good quality.
