Just a little maintenance advice...
I know with this virus issue going on world wide that this could happen to any of us but I ordered 2 bottles of shampoo and 2 bottles of conditioner and one bottle of each leaked out all into the packaging and I lost about 1/2 of a bottle of each. Just please tighten the tops on these products before shipping!

Damaged product was delivered
The bottle of conditioner was open and spilled out in the box when I opened it. This photo was taken yesterday morning minutes after it was delivered. I tried chatting as soon as I opened the box but your system said no one was available.
