So far so good.
It works very great with my laptop toshiba s55-a5176. The adapter is not hot if using more than hours (original adapter was hot when I used more than 2 hrs). The bad is the length of cord from the adapter to the tip is so short (3.94ft like the shown picture). I hope this adapter will work longer like the original adapter.

solid design more like the original charger
Works extremely well and is exactly the same operating parameter as the original charger which died make a perfect replacement for a faulty charger on old laptops. This company pays attention to detail such as including a power cord (which some do not) and comes with the ties for storing the cables etc. neatly in a laptop case of briefcase.

Buzzes when not charging
The charger works great but when I leave it plugged into the wall but not my device, it makes a buzzing noise. It's not noticeable if the charger is under my desk but if it is on top of my desk, it is pretty annoying. Maybe I got a dud?

does not fit
this was advertised for a Toshiba satellite a505, but it did not fit mine. the collar on the metal pin insert is too large to allow for a connection into the computer. does not fit.

Works great!
Worked liked a charm! This is the 2nd charger that I’ve had to purchase over the last 2 or 3 years. The first one I purchased at a “battery place” and paid over $100 for it! So glad I didn’t have to do that again!

Durability
I have bought many chargers for this lap top and this one has lasted the longest. So because of it's sturdiness and durability, it makes it a good buy for the money.

Great Purchase
It works perfectly for my old Toshiba laptop. Looks exactly like description. It’s just like the original adapter. Good quality and looks like it can last a long time.
