Finally gave up on my gasoline powered pressure washer. Tired of pulling a starter rope. This electric model required only a few simple assembly steps then worked like a champ. Maybe not the max pressure of a gas unit but plenty to clean the driveway and sidewalks and any other tasks I will have for it. Very happy with my choice.

Bought in Dec 2018, but just opened box tonight. Machine does not turn on. Tried in several outlets. Water comes out of the nozzle but there is no power behind it. It's supposed to have a 2-year warranty so I'll see how I come out with that tomorrow when I call, but it probably will cost too much to send it back.

Spent two days trying to get this washer to work. Followed all instructions. The best we ever got was several clicks, an electrical hum, and a blown breaker. Save your money and buy something else.

This thing was a little beast WHEN IT WORKED. Had great power and worked well to clean decades of tree detritus on my sidewalks and driveway. Second time I tried to use it it just stopped working and no amount of resetting it brought it back to life. Stay far away. Thank goodness it wasn't that expensive.

The first one had to be returned because the motor would run without the trigger being depressed. The unit appeared to be well made and I thought that the odds against getting a second defective product would be slight. I ordered a second one. The second one did not work at all. I have returned that one and have ordered a pressure washer from another manufacturer.

Product received in damaged box came apart in multiple pieces. Handle broken, hose hook up broken. Ups won’t pick up without box and too heavy to really be in ordinary box. Never buy again.

When you order a product you expect to actually work not shut down every single light in your house and be broken I will try to send a picture to go with it but this is crap don't buy from this company
