Today while cleaning it the bag sprung a little leak, and here's another hint, buy one extra for back up. One more hint, remember where you store the back-up. Ha, I forgot so just ordered another to be delivered in two days. In the meantime I can still use it but I have double bagged it with plastic baggies. It should be fine until I get the one I just ordered. Not sure if these have such a short useful life or I just got a defective one, either way it is minimal to put up with for the positive things it does. Never thought about it. **Q: Is it usable for when I am traveling, either as driver in a car, or as passenger on the trolley, or standing in line at WalMart?** A: Yes it would be usuable when you are driving a car IF you have hung the collection bag lower than your car's seat and can continue to steer the car with the one hand not holding the urinal itself. NO it would not be usable as a passenger on a trolley or standing in any kind of a public line. **Q: Is there latex in this item?** A: No **Q: What is the diameter of the opening and length of the resorvoir?** A: The opening is 2&1/4"....Length is 9".....Flat surface is 6"L x 4&1/2 at widest. My Husband likes this because he no longer needs to sit up in the middle of the night to use urinal as the flat surface allows you to just turn on side. Just hold up to drain. My husband had a stroke last year and cannot get up by himself at night to use the restroom. Since we got this for him to use, I can finally get some sleep! 😀 Update- This is the 3rd or 4th one I have bought because after about 6-8 months, the cording or bag gets a hole. I think it would be nice to add some kind of reinforcement to the cord where it meets bag and handle.
