Review: Genuine NVM fob, works fine, progam guide below - Excellent quality, original badged NVM item. Works with NVM NT1004 garage door controller. To program the fob: Remove the controller cover by pressing in the tabs at each side and lifting the cover up. Press the round black switch once (it's located above the 3 toggle switches) the LED on the controller will flash, press the ⬆️ button on the fob and release. Test the fob and replace the controller cover. If it doesn't work press and hold both circle and square buttons to clear fob memory and repeat above. Easy peasy lemon squeezy.

**Q: Does this unit come with instructions to programme keyfob?**
A: When we bought ours there was an instruction sheet and contact info if you had an issue. We are not "Tech Experts" & managed to program our garage door keyfob okay.

**Q: I have just received my fob. However, there are no instructions on how to program it. Can any one advise. I am using this on my garage door.**
A: Press a black button in your control box,then press the round button on your fob.That worked for me

**Q: Do I need to program this item?**
A: You have to link it to the main control box , simply press black button  in the control box for the shutters briefly and point the device at the control box.

**Q: Hi...do you know how to pair with nt1103?**
A: I’m sorry,but I don’t know what that is.I paired mine with my roller shutter door,where you press a black button in the control box,then press the top left button on the handset,then they were paired.
