No the Magic Bullet Mini is a smaller footprint than the Original Magic Bullet so the cups and blades are not compatible.

what size is the large cup?

For comparison, the capacity of the large, 12oz cup is 2oz. more than the max. fill line of the small cup of the regular Magic Bullet Blender.

Is the motor on the mini smaller than the regular magic bullet?

I am not sure, I have not purchased the regular magic bullet before, what I can warn you about this one is that the cups are not dishwasher safe. It says so on the package, but I missed it and both cups that come with the unit have cracked. Completely my fault because I did not read the packaging but just a heads up.

will the 200 watt pulverize kale leaves and brussell sprouts

I haven't personal used Brussels sprouts but it is making smoothie out of everything else I am making.
