Game changer and life changer
It's no exaggeration to say that this little gizmo completely changed my breakfast game. I've never done smoothies before, but I wanted an easy, convenient way to pack some nutrients into the start of my day, and this thing looked like it would fit the bill. It's everything that it's advertised to be, and more. It blends stuff smoothly, effortlessly, and immediately. No chunks. It can seriously blend my breakfast into a perfect smoothie in 20 seconds. My normal recipe: handful of spinach 1/2(ish) cup of vanilla Greek yogurt 1 banana splash of unsweetened vanilla almond milk splash of orange juice (mostly for flavor) frozen mango pieces until it's filled This mix has become my Potion of Life, and it's so great that I feel like I'm living the Legend of Zelda, leveling up my health points with each gulp. Sometimes I substitute blueberries or strawberries for the mango. I've never tried blending ice in it, so I can't comment on that function. I blend it all in the handled cup it comes with, and when it's done I screw on the travel lid (also included) and toss it in my bag and head to work. It's never leaked in my bag. The blender blade part is so easy to clean - just rinse quickly and set it out to dry. Every part except the motor unit itself is (top shelf) dishwasher safe. The plastic cup is high quality: it's fallen a few times without cracking, and it doesn't retain smells from previous ingredients. It's pretty basic, as far as gadgets go: no buttons, no settings, no options to chop, dice, whirl or what have you. That's why I like it. It just does what it does, which is turn healthy ingredients into an easy, yummy, convenient smoothie. Couldn't be simpler. Best money I've spent in a while.

Very handy and well designed. Great for vitamin & supplement pills, too!
This is great. Small and easy to clean. I use it because a senior in the household cannot chew meat very well. I put a little of whatever we are fixing for meat in there with a bit of gravy or yogurt and it makes a nice "canned tuna" consistency to put over pasta or rice or potatoes. It does require a bit of pulsing and shaking to get the meat to engage with the blade, but it works and makes just the right amount. I have a blend tec blender which I can also do, but that thing is so powerful, it makes a mousse out of anything, injecting tons of air and it is large & more trouble to clean. The "canned tuna" consistency is what we're looking for. It also make a great smoothie drink with ice. Now, I am using it to assist my elder person to take her vitamin supplements. It is difficult for her to swallow a bunch of pills. I open capsules or drop tablets into the small cup, put in about 1/4 cup juice - I can also put flax seed or supplement powders and blend it up. Rather than gagging on a handful of pills & capsules my elder person can just chug this drink and mission accomplished. The Mini Bullet is a life saver in our household! And so easy to clean.

This is great. Love that its dishwasher safe
This is great. Love that its dishwasher safe. I mostly just use it to make smoothies with frozen fruit. Most of the time it can grind really well but if there is too much in there it will lock up. Works ok with ice or chocolate chips. Edit: after having this product for almost a year, I have had a few more problems but still like it over all. A week ago the rubber gasket on the bottom of the blade which makes it spin when connected to the base broke off. I though it make have been because I was not using enough liquid, but I contacted the bullet customer support regarding a replacement piece. The representative informed me that the blade only has a life expectancy of 6-9 months. I was not thrilled to hear that the blade base has multiple known problems that were not being addressed, one of which is that the rubber piece breaks with such basic use. I was also informed that although the product is advertised as dishwasher safe (and I have put the cup through the dishwasher multiple times without problem), the company "highly recommends washing both the cup and blade base with soap and warm water only." The warranty also does not cover shipping of the product but I had known that ahead of time so it was not as much as a shock. I love my mini-bullet. My parents even bought my brother the larger version on my recommendation. I just wish that this product was actually designed to last longer without constant replacement parts.

Very easy to clean
If you are just blending protein shakes, this does the job amazingly. However, if you intend to blend more coarse or hard items such as ice cubes or whole carrots, it does admittedly struggle. Very easy to clean, not too loud, two sizes of blending containers, I always prefer the smaller one because it mixes it faster and is easier to clean, and it even comes with a lid for on the go and I small menu for things to make with it, although I have yet to really use that. Given the choice, I would definitely purchase this again, especially juxtaposed to its cheaper or equally priced counterparts which are tacky looking and inefficient, or its more grossly expensive counterparts which do little more than this would, bar the extra torque. A great buy overall, completely recommend if on a budget!

Good For Simple Shakes and Small Chops
I got this for my older mom, who has trouble chewing tough foods and veggies- She doesn't eat a lot at a time, and likes the convenience of having a shake, soup or salsa- chop (she sometimes microwaves the blend) instead of chewing through an entire serving of carrots, for example. She is able to easily use this on her own, and it's simple for her to clean. She also likes that she can cap whatever she doesn't use right then. I think this is a perfect size for individual use, and has a wide variety of applications. I highly recommend.

blend it for 20-30 seconds and it's good to go
I bought it a year ago and I make a beet, carrot, kale, almond milk and blueberry shake every morning. It works just as well as the first day I bought it. I just put in the ingredients, I cube the raw beets and carrots, blend it for 20-30 seconds and it's good to go. Clean up is just a rinse out or I can put some soapy water in cup and blend it for 5-10 seconds. All clean. I use the smaller cup to make a small snack shake for the 2-3pm slump. This was by far the most practical, easy to use blender for my purposes. I have ground up broccoli soup, nuts and various other thicker consistency items. Of course it takes a little longer because I have to blend each cup separately but it's not that big of a deal.

Needs too much food in it to work for single serve baby food
I bought this to make small quantities of baby food so I could always make it fresh rather than reheat. I have a Vitamix and the critical mass of food that needed to be in the blender for it to work was more than a portion. Unfortunately, the critical mass required for this tiny machine is not much less than that of my Vitamix, and still more than a portion for my baby. As I knew before I bought, it only has one speed (very fast) which means without a fair amount in it it doesn't do the job. So it doesn't do what I bought it for and is just another thing on my countertop. I didn't read to see if the manual says you can or not but I also used it to grind some cumin seeds. Big mistake - it has scratched the inside of the blender and now everything tastes of cumin. For smoothies etc it's fine and great but if you want to make single serve fresh baby food, keep looking.

Junk, do not buy
I have a standard Nutribullet, and I love it. I bought the mini with the hopes using when I travel - I am on a hypoallergenic diet and drink 2 protein shakes/day - I just tested the mini to see how it would handle and I'm certainly glad I did. 1) the mug is half the size of the standard, which would mean making each shake in two batches. A pain but livable 2) the motor/blades aren't sufficient for thoroughly processing ice. 3) the housing is so flimsy that on my second attempt at using it the mug twisted too far and the flanges on the mug that activate the motor got stuck under the actuator. The motor wouldn't turn and I couldn't get the mug out. As I was trying to press the actuator down with a butter knife, I discovered just how flimsy the housing is. I was able to use the knife to push the side out just far enough to remove the flange from under the actuator and remove the mug. Had I not thrown the packaging away some time ago, I would be sending this thing back
