This cushion worked for me in the car, on a sofa that had zero support and in an upright armchair. I still have severe back issues but they are no longer exacerbated by sitting down.

I orderedthis based on description and reviews but find it squishes down to nothing with minimal pressure and offers no significant support. If you really need lumbar support, this is not it.

First, let me say the pillow isn't terrible. It's very comfortable and seems to be well made. However, for the price, I was expecting more. It's basically one memory foam piece in the shape of a lumbar pillow. It's very soft....too soft actually. When you apply your body weight, it starts to go down almost immediately. It still holds enough shape to be lumbar support, but not much. For my height (I'm very short), I felt it would be more comfortable if it was raised up some on the back rest of my chair away from the seat and the addition of the 2 straps on the back was supposed to make that possible. However, the pillow slides back down after a few minutes and comes back down to the seat. Overall, it basically does what it is supposed to do, but for the cost, I was really expecting better.

Finally found a pillow that works for me. I tried at least 5 pillows in the last year. None of them helped me. I was looking for a lumbar pillow that I can use in my chair and also that works when I drive my Honda. Also, I love the fact that it has two straps and the pillow really goes on the chair and doesn't go down like others do. I highly recommend this pillow!

I have scoliosis and recently had terrible back spasms. I now need to take better care of my back. This pillow does a great job!

The pillow is being used to support my wife’s back as she sits on a couch or chairs. Her back has improved since she began using it.

This has been a fantastic product. I wanted it for lumbar support and it works for me. I'm female and 5'5. I don't have to attach it to the seat, but if you want to attach it, it comes with elastic bands that snap into place, but it is a tight fit (but not too tight). My husband drives my car sometimes and doesn't want it behind him, so he throws it to my side when I am a passenger. It's the perfect length and width for my car (Jaguar FX), it just sits right up in the seat (which ever one you set it in) and works perfectly, no need to attach. I've had it for 6 months and wonder why I didn't buy a larger one like this one before. It really helps my lower back from sinking too low in a seat that does not have lumbar support and does what it says it will do. Very happy with this product and would recommend to anyone!

I needed a pillow for my car seat. This is the best pillow I have ever purchased! The support is unbelievably comfortable. The memory foam is the best. I have had back problems for years, and tried all sorts of different pillows. None come even close to the comfort and support this one gives!
