Lots of added sugar
The product should really be called candied jackfruit instead of dried, tastes like sugar and not jackfruit at all. Guess there's a reason why they don't publish the ingredients list. So here it is in case anyone is wondering, lots of added ingredients, that are not jackfruit:Jackfruit 68.77%, Cane Sugar 25%, Glycerol 5%, Citric Acid 1.2%, Sodium Metabisulfite 0.03%.

Great tasting.
The jackfruit worked perfectly in Bilo bilo. A Filipino desert I made for Christmas. Everyone said it was the best they ever had. I wish it were a little less expensive but the quality was there.
