I found myself recently afflicted with not only lateral epicondylitis in my left elbow, but medial as well. I tried those strappy sort of braces with the little air pillow in them, ace bandages, and regular old elbow braces. Nothing seemed to help, in fact most of them seemed to make it worsening one way or another. This brace, however, alleviated my symptoms, and within about 2 months, I no longer needed it at all.Reading all the flowing reviews, I was still skeptical, but find myself pleasantly surprised!

I was so excited to get this as I've had terrible elbow pain. I struggled to get it up my arm (yes, I took the velcro off to put it on) and within about 10 minutes my whole hand and lower arm were purple. I am normally a size L and a woman. This should have fit, but it is WAY too tight.Revised: I am changing this to 4 star due to the company contacting me and giving a refund. Glad to know they do refund if it doesn't fit.

Good overall brace for elbow pain relief, but not as much compression as I wanted for exercising and weight lifting. This is more of a brace to relieve elbow pain throughout the day. The straps are sturdy and allow you to adjust the compression at the ends and they stay in place very well. If you want more compression from the rest of the brace order a size smaller. Overall I'm satisfied with the brace.UPDATE: Where the strap is sewn into the brace is coming undone after about 5 uses. One strap is half way un-sewn and the other side is starting to be undone. This brace is not for active use, only for casual wear such as typing. DO NOT BUY for working out. I sent a request for refund but got no response except a reply that this product is not available for refund. Very poor quality and poor customer service. Do not buy.

Customer service was 5 star! Can鈥檛 say how refreshing that was. I ordered the wrong size (take the time to measure and go small if in between) but getting it exchanged was a breeze. A great experience all around! I'm actually quite impressed with this Compression Sleeve.I'm pretty skeptical about the reviews on Amazon these days because so many are bought and paid for. But this elbow brace is a really quality piece. The material is thicker than I expect and the stitching is good.
