Fusion MS-DA51600 5-Channel Marine Amplifier, 1600W

Plenty of power for such a small size. I would give it a five star but I am still trying to figure out the sub cross over just have not had time with the boat.

I was a little skeptical about the quality and sound that one amp could provide but let me say this...it will blow your mind. I installed the 700 Stereo head, the 10" sub and the 5 channel amp, and tied it into my 6" fusion speakers and it is crazy loud. Not just loud but crisp and clear and the adjustments on the amp itself help to dial it in so my adult beverage drinking friends on my boat can't blow my system. I have it dialed down to about a quarter turn and it is so loud it hurts my head. This is an awesome system and installation for all Fusion products is simple and easy for the do it yourself-er. Also, the tech support at Fusion has been great; they know their product and take their time to explain how to troubleshoot when you need it. VERY pleased with our Fusion system.

I will never buy another product from Fusion Electronics again. My $500 Fusion MS-DA51600 5 channel amp failed in less than 18 months and come to find out they only offered a one year warranty at the time of my purchase. Today - like their competition - Fusion offers 3 year warranty!!. What really irks me is the Amp was only used on weekends for 3 months a year. They refused to make good on this piece of junk after I spent over $4,000 on Fusion Electronics - 750 head unit, speakers, subs and amps. I am replacing this Boat Anchor AMP with a WET SOUNDS Amp - better reviews, better customer service. DO NOT BUY FUSION .BTW - This is the first time I every posted a review like this - they deserve it. Very disappointing. They lost their number 1 fan!!

Not happy with this amp. It had more than enough power for 5 speaker setup but seemed to get really hot. Almost to the point of burning your hand if touched. Had to return it after the sub channel failed. Went with a wet sound. Runs much cooler

I replaced a 4 channel marine Alpine amp with this one from fusion. power out put is way better! Sub woofer pounds harder and it is barley warm to the touch after 30 minutes of hard playing.I did notice it makes a small thunk noise turning on but not a big deal. One nice feature would be to have a switch to allow bridging of front and rear inputs but I'm just being picky. The controls on the amp are what I would expect as standard.The main question I have for it at this time is longevity. The alpine has been in harsh conditions for 2 years and is still operational. I hope the Fusion can hold up!And did I mention you can shave your face while looking at your reflection in the stainless cover?

Purchased this after purchasing fusion stereo and speakers. Loved them! So made the decision to stick with Fusion. Piece of crap. Had it mounted on a shelf under the console in our boat. It started cracklings. We took it to a local stereo store who tested it and said BLOWN! 6 months new! Long story short Fusion in Phoenix are terrible to deal with! They won't answer your call....always goes to the voice mail of the person you need. They won't answer email unless you did like me out of exasperation and resend the email 5 times! Finally they just sent it back. Don't know if it's new or fixed because the old one looked brand new. So I'm hoping Amazon takes it back since it is now out of warranty due to the neglect on Fusion!!!!! DO NOT BUY

Amp was bad, so I think. Bought the fusion 650 head end with it. The fusion 650 only has a single line out input for amps. So had to split the signal. When i talked to fusion tech support guy was pretty much useless, kept saying head unit pre-amp was bad. Ordered a new head unit stilll same problem. After replacing the head unit tech support said it must be amp even though amp had no fault lights. They at no point offered to relieve me of all the shipping for their keep replacing one piece at a time trouble shooting methods. Thank god amazon worked with me. I dont think the fusion amp can get take splitting a signal and that was the issue. However I am not an electronics guru, but it was apparent either was the fusion tech support rep.

just by picking it up when first received could tell Qaulity haven't installed but can see the difference from my kenwood 400watt which is nice also but this is very nice

I have not used the subwoofer output yet and for the first 2 months I was connecting it directly to my iphone or a bluethooth receive. I have pairred the unit with two sets of polk speaker and the outcome was amazing.
