One month in, flawless so far!
If you're looking to get into resin printing at a good price, this is the fix! Coming from FDM printing about two years now, been wanting to try this and despite some of the reviews I decided to give it a try. No regrets at all! I'm almost through a full bottle of resin now, no failed prints, no issues. Yes, this is a CHEAPLY made printer, and I do worry about how long it will hold up, but so far it's been flawless. Been printing mostly 28mm and 54mm figures, with a few 90mm display busts here and there. Look great!A few pointers below:- If you have no previous 3D printing experience, don't expect out of the box success. Take some time to read and learn about the process. Even if you have been an FDM printer before, take time to read up on resin.- The slicer software is primitive, but it does the job. ALWAYS use supports, and think about the positioning of your model during the setup. Makes all the difference between a win and a fail. If you need advanced manipulation or repair of your STL files, you'll need third party software.- Crappy STL files = Crappy prints! Preview them for detail, and if you feel uncertain about them run a repair in Meshmixer before slicing.- Don't expect fast prints. Most of mine run anywhere from 6-10 hours. Setup, push the button, and walk away.- Resin is messy, smells a little, and it's toxic! Wear gloves, handle with care, make sure you have supplies (gloves, 95% alcohol, paper towels, a UV light source, a scraper, and a sprue cutter).- If you're planning to paint, make sure to wash off thoroughly with alcohol and let dry. Then apply a good quality primer (the Wal Mart $.99 stuff won't cut it).If you're wanting to try resin printing and you're on the fence, PUT THIS IN THE SHOPPING CART.

Took time and effort, but satisfied with the end result
Out of the box, this printer failed to work, and its lack of interface proved VERY frustrating. I had no way of knowing what my issue was or why it was doing what it was doing. The solitary knob on the front of the unit features a ring that glows green, red, or blue. Blue is essentially Standby, and once you insert a SD with a valid file on it, the light turns to green. Press the knob, and the light goes red as the printer prepares to print, then flashes red as printing begins. Except mine didn't. Instead it flashed blue--what it's supposed to do if printing is paused--and the printer did nothing. According to the tech support rep who, to his credit, contacted me very quickly, the knob assembly had a static issue... apparently a common problem with this unit. A new knob was mailed out to me and--about three weeks later--I received it and performed the replacement myself. Once replaced, my printer worked without flaw.Pros: The prints are gorgeous, tech support was very responsive, and the interface is almost TOO simple.Cons: the unit was sold in spite of a known common issue, replacement parts took WAY too long to arrive, I had to do the repairs myself, the leveling grooves had to be filed out to be functional, and... the interface is TOO simple.

Don't waste your money. It's garbage.
This thing is garbage. I have tried at least seven or eight times to print gaming miniatures and it has worked one time. I watched YouTube videos in order to check the parameters and still it messes up every time. It worked one time to print out a very basic miniature. The other times it either printed a glob of resin, fell off the plate or wasted six hours printing absolutely nothing. I tried to get a return and the company closed the return request right away and then sent me an attachment with two email addresses on it to email, which I thought was very odd/shady.I probably should have assumed it wasn't going to work, since these go on average for what, $500? One at half price is bound to be unusable. You get what you pay for I guess. One of the major reasons it doesn't work I assume is because the printer itself has a defective part called a lead screw that I discovered after doing a bit of research. Maybe replacing that would fix it, but you have to 3D print one, which I can't very well do if the printer doesn't print. You would think with this being an issue, they would have fixed it by now, but no.Anyway, I'm irritated with it, I can't recommend it.*Update 12/30/18I talked to customer service and they gave me some tips (after denying my return). They asked me to send pictures, which I did. Then they asked if I was using supports, which I admittedly wasn't the first eight times. So I tried it again 5 more times with supports and it has failed every single time.
