very good value,I had been buying a 3 pack from walmart for $7.00, then they were out of stock.Found and bought these 12 rolls plus cap and spring for $30.00!ran it once and the string was plenty strong.UPDATE: SINCE 7-1-18 AND I HAVE USED 5 REELS, so that tells me the string is NOT as strong as I thought. (ugg)UPDATE: 4-30-19 NOW USING THESE AGAIN...BOUGHT THE "BLUE" COLOR LINE VERSION FROM ANOTHER SUPPLIER BUT IT WAS TOO STRONG AND WAS DANGEROUS TO USE, WOULDN'T CUT THE LINE. at least this works.

I trim my yard and our church grounds so I go through a lot of string in a season. I needed a cheaper alternative than buying a $20 3-pack every other week. FOUND IT!!I used to purchase 3-4 of the 3-packs a season. Now I spend the same amount and can get through nearly 2 seasons of use.Yes, it is true...this string seems to feed quicker than the big box store brand, BUT you get more than 4X the string for the same price!Also, this string cuts the same as the big box store brand.

This is the second time I've come back to purchase this product. The value cannot be beat.The spool is OEM quality, if not better. It took me over a year and a half to burn through the original set, and in the spring, summer, and early fall I'm mowing my lawn every weekend. The spools last a long time and cut through some of the toughest weeds.The extras you get are also a nice plus! Highly recommend this

Arrived quickly and well packaged. I've used 7 of the 12 spools thus far. Had one that kept jamming and refused to feed and one that was done extremely quickly. The other 4 worked well and did not disappear fast. If the remaining 5 work well, I'm happy. If the remaining 5 are terrible, I'll update my review. . . . Hope I don't have to update.

I have a Black and Decker trimmer and these have been working just like the OEM spools and at a much better price. The extras the come with it were an exact fit also.

I researched and compared these factory wound spools to buying the poly in bulk which meant I had to refill...In the end, the pennies more was worth not having the frustration of refilling them myself... Plus, you are guaranteed a properly wound spool to it's fullest capacity. Simply pop one out, pop a new one in, and continue whacking those pesky weeds.

I like the amount of spools you get for the price. I don't know if they are machine wound, but they feed really well.Should last a long time.

I burn through these spools like crazy because of the fencing and other stuff I have to trim around in my yard, so I like to stock up. This was an excellent deal! I was down to my last spool when I ordered because I waited too long, but it came in just in time so I didn't have any wait time to keep working!
