I like how ornate these spoons are, they are very attractive My one complaint is that the gold color in not very yellow. But is still nice and I am a little worried that they may be flimsy. I won't know till we use them.

I don’t know that I would use the word ‘sturdiness’ in describing these spoons. They are very elegant, with a beautiful clamshell design and a jeweled handle. I can say I am pleased with this purchase. I plan on separating the set and giving them as part of travel tea sets. They are small enough to fit in the cases and will compliment the tea sets beautifully. These spoons can be used for our mother/daughter/granddaughter tea parties.
