Very interesting to read, good graphics.

I picked this up in Iceland. This is a 'book of spells', if you are born Northern European or have an interest in those traditions then this book will speak to you. Norse mythology is gripping and interesting and so are books on Runes but reading so many versions of the same thing gets tedious >>>so this will be a refreshing break<<<. The book is fairly 'raw' and does not explain a great deal except what is to be done to work each of the spells. The folk magic is interesting too. The author was a creative type and you do wonder how he managed to produce such a rich corpus of material but here it is!

If you’re planning to invent a time machine and live in Iceland in middle ages then this book is great for you otherwise …First of all there’s not much information on historic background ( if thats what you want), but most modern rune practitioners will expect some useful spells - neither are these here…Mostly staves for you cattle, cut this, kill that, use this blood or that blood to not die freezing in winter. There are only 2-3 useful staves and all of them ( along with others) you can find online or in Thorssons ( flowers) books, with a better explanation. Just a fun piece for collection, but too pricy

I didn't buy this book here, but from another site. This book is not worth more than the 35 I spent on it. It's not a bad book but, it's not a book worth the ludicrous prices being asked here

If you want some good Sorcery magick on Northern Magicks. This is the book for you. Full of runic magick and information for some rituals and spells. Must own if your into sorcery.

Easy to understand, no complicated wordage, and very nice diagrams and runic language.
