Great vitamin but seriously overpackaged. This product was shipped in the box it was packaged in. The box was lovely, but rather than reminding me to recycle, do your part and cut down on the extra packaging material. I'll recycle on my own and together we can do right by our planet. I won't purchase this again because of the over packaging.

Love these vitamins! I am over 60, with MTHFR issues, so it’s difficult for me to find a vitamin I can absorb easily without giving me the jitters. Has also helped with fatigue, and gives me that energy boost I need for the day. I think they’re great!

I have suffered from chronic fatigue for 15 years, often barely able to get out of bed. Doing minor household chores like laundry or washing dishes was extremely difficult for me and often went undone. Home-cooked, healthy meals were out of the question. I had many guesses, but I would never have guessed the answer. Vitamins. The speaker recommended people seek a certified organic, non-GMO vitamin. I had no idea it would be so difficult to find one, but after much searching I found this brand. I almost didn't get it because it's much pricier than the usual #1 doctor recommended vitamins, but I am SO GLAD I DID! My body can absorb the nutrients from these vitamins! My energy levels are way up. We're eating healthy meals again because I have energy to cook. I did 7 hours of yard work a few days ago! Yes, I'm tired and sore at the end of a day, but it's from working, moving, doing things I haven't been able to do in years. I hope these vitamins don't go up in price, but if they do I'll do my best to try to find a way to pay for them. They're essential for my quality of life.All that said, I ordered some for my husband who works long days doing difficult, physical labor. He has not experienced the energy boost I did. I guess whether these vitamins work for you depends on whether your problem is your body not absorbing the nutrients from other vitamins or not. Nevertheless, I've been recommending them to friends and family. I hope someone else can benefit from them the way I have. I have only been taking for a week but can tell a difference already and am excited to see whats to come taking them long term. I have more energy feel more calm and just all around feeling better, They are a little pricier than some but def worth it for around 20 dollars a month . There is no after taste and I take them without food and no upset stomach. The vitamins are formulated for older womens needs heart eyes skin and energy levels just to name a few and formulated to absorb, This will be on my autoship.
