Living DNA: Start Your Ancestry DNA Adventure Today

I have my father's hands, feet and nose. I have my mother's eyes and face. However, Living DNA has decided that my ethnicity is from all countries SURROUNDING my country of origin while my daughter's, sister's and niece's ethnicity are correct.I have a feeling they have sent another person's results. There is no way on their website for me to contact them with this glaring discrepancy.The reason I chose their product was the parental ancestry tracking but all they did was provide a generic data that about human migration which seems to be copied from the internet and is not in any way specific to me but for all humans on earth.

Not that impressed the web site not working for me and it’s not that easy to contact them I wasted my money given up

Very easy to use, if you read the instructions carefully and quicker than expected response from the genealogy company. Freepost to Denmark, so no extra cost there. Results came back online in about 3 weeks and were detailed and interesting. Connections to specific parts of the UK are given (e.g. Cumbria) in percentages, as well as more general percentages of other countries, without breaking down to their specific areas. Ideal if you have a lot of British ancestry and want to know about specific areas of the UK that your ancestors came from. Otherwise, not as useful for other parts of the world. However, good for details of ancient mitochondrial DNA, from mother-line, covering history of one’s female ancestors from Africa, etc. going back many generations. No details of Neanderthal DNA percentage, sadly. The website is updating and changing though and new information is coming out, including a relatives database, where you can contact possible relatives, or people who just share a percentage of your DNA.
