I have been in eat everything mode for a few weeks now, i really couldnt get satisfied no matter what i tried!So i thought I'd give this product a shot and see. I have used several products from Top Notch Nutrition. This one, like all the others, does not disappoint.I battle with my weight management and so far this product has done everything it advertises. I don't stay hungry, which has been one of my biggest issues. Thanks to Burn, I am not experiencing that problem while taking the product. I also have plenty of energy without shakes or jitters. I read the reviews, and some people really think this item works. However, for me it did absolutely nothing. I changed my diet, I was working out five days a week, and no added benefit seem to come from taking this pill. Before the bottle arrived I had lost 7 pounds with exercise. At the end of finishing the bottle, I had only lost 2 pounds. Maybe I hit a plateau, but I was not wowed by the addition of taking this supplement.
