The New Lemon Law Bible: Everything the Smart Consumer Needs to Know about Automobile Law

I was surprised this book was so thin and generally basic in the volume of data it contained. I don't think this book constitutes the best explanation of the laws in the different states the book covers as it seems to be more or less a guide to reading the laws and not too much on interpreting those laws which is what the consumer would need to go to court.

Read this before you buy a new or used vehicle. Todays cars are not being made as well as before. Protect yourself. Knowledge is power.

If want information or guidance regarding lemon law; can stop reading after about page 20. Beware appendix may not be correct, check your state law to verify

Attorney Steve Lehto lays out a broad base of intelligent information about what to do if you think you have a defective car, in easily understood language.

Very comprehensive for non legal users.

Don’t touch anyone’s head.

This is the definitive book on Lemon Law. Easy to read with tons of useful information. I like how the author is actually a lawyer so the examples and stories he shares come from real clients and "in the trenches" experiences. This book helped me cope with my defective truck and walked me through the process of making the manufacturer buy it back. Well done!

This book will help guide you and educate you of your rights in regards to the "Lemon Law." The author is very knowledgeable in this area. I retained him to help me with my lemon automobile. He was successfully able to get the manufacturer to buy back the vehicle & they cut me a check for the money I had spent on that same vehicle. The process was quite simple. Mr. Lehto is very good at what he does and put his knowledge and experience in a book to help educate you of your rights. I would recommend this book to all to help educate yourself and know your rights.
