Q: Would this fix a crack in a plastic/vinyl doll?

Usually plastic model cement will only glue plastic models. I've never had any success gluing anything else with it. Epoxy?

I do not think so. This glue is primarily for plastic to plastic, such as models, though you could try. You might look into Woodland Scenics "Scenic Cement".

Q: Is this reusable? Many glues never work a second time because of the lids.

I was under the impression that it was not a single use product. You might call the manufacturer. I'm pretty sure I have used several times in the past when I had one open but I can't recall.
