Best hot cocoa (drinking chocolate) out there!

The other reviews were pretty focused on shipping results, so I was nervous but I took the gamble. It paid off- mine arrived intact and it was not a messy nightmare. Expiration date is about a year away. While I know others would prefer a more recent vintage, my child is a bit of a hot chocolate fiend, so I don’t see these two canisters making it past the end of this winter. I can see where the other reviewers are coming from though - the canister is just not able to be completely airtight, since it is made of cardboard and the lid just sits on top. I’m sure that aspect impacts the freshness and flavor.Mixed it with warmed whole milk and served with a few marshmallows on top. My kid said it was the best hot chocolate ever. I tried a sip or two, and it was definitely a good hot chocolate; however, I didn’t think that it was remarkable enough to make this into a frequently purchased item. Perhaps I would feel differently if I had gotten to try it in the UK.But you can tell it’s made with quality ingredients and I could taste the similarity to the dairy milk bars. Overall, I’d recommend this if you or someone you love is an Anglophile who is obsessed with hot chocolate and/or Cadbury chocolate.

This is out go to brand for hot coco. Especially important to keep it stocked this cold winter. It is very rich but not too sweet, just the right amount of cholatey goodness in a cup.

Cadburys hot chocolate is the only one mum bought for us as kids in England and its still the best...chocolatey and creamy... i make it with 2% milk and whip a little organic cream on top yum

Was pretty excited to try this as I am a big fan of hot chocolate. The item came damage as seen in the pictures, which was a let down especially since it was packaged with another item meant as a gift. Only made one cup so far and with no directions it wasn't as good as I had hoped. I will try and make it different next time but damn.

Superb quality.

I thought I would be able to mix this with hot water. Nope, hot milk. Very delicious but, if you don't happen to have milk, it's a no-go.

I'm English and my girlfriend is American, so she grew up on the brands sold in the US and insisted that she would only drink certain ones. I introduced her to all things Cadbury and now have this drinking chocolate as a subscribe and save item because it is the only one she will now drink.We corrupted her nephews and friend's children with Cadbury chocolates and are looking forward to doing the same with the drinking chocolate - the children's parents call us after every visit to find out what the kids are talking about so I am sure they are now ordering genuine imported Cadbury chocolate for their families.
