overall PC is good but my LAN port did not work
overall PC is good but my LAN port did not work. i read the manual and tried to enable it but i failed. so finally ordered TPlink USB to LAN converter by paying Rs.1000 plus. so i got no deal on this product. so i am giving 3 stars.

Worst After Sales Service
I bought this CPU on 27 June 2018 and was delighted by how well it worked for its price. That was until 20 November when SMPS stopped working. As their policy suggests one year warranty, I packed SMPS and sent it to address mentioned by them. I've tried to get updates on return date ever since for no response from them. I've tried calling, They don't pick up, Tried asking on WhatsApp, They have stopped replying. It's been more than 15 days and I don't think I am getting my SMPS back. Don't fall for this seeing very reasonable price like I did. They use below average products and don't even ask them for replacement, even when in warranty period because they won't. You will be wasting your time and get frustrated with this unethical behavior.

The item of rolltop CPU is too worst because I am previously posted complaint on Ethernet port is not working but you are not respond till to date.Now power supply is failed power is not coming power supply card is working I think problem is SMPS .We want to rectify the problem as early as possible other wise I think you are not a correct dealer.
