4 major flaws but I like the space. Oh! And the battery.
When I got this bag, it was not what I expected at all. I even thought about returning it because of some design flaws. However, I really needed a carry on bag for my flight so I decided to try it out. And, I have got to say, I'm so glad I kept it. So to the design flaws!First and foremost! This bag will not hold a 15.6" laptop in its padded section. I repeat, this bag, WILL NOT, hold a 15.6" computer in it's designated padded computer compartment. You will have to buy a sleeve and put it in the main compartment. Next design flaw, I dunno about anyone else but, when I pack my carry on, I PACK my carry on. Snacks, books, laptop (if it fits, it didn't), tablet, cellphone, 2 headphones, mp3, paperwork, toiletries to freshen up, etc. These handles...are they handles...? They feel like straps for a tiny purse. Not a carry on. These handles are super thin and look like they can break any moment from the weight of the bag. However, I will give the straps credit. They did not break during my trip so there's that. Then again, I didn't really hold the bag by the handle that much so I shouldn't really vouch for them either. I used a suitcase bungee to bind it to my suitcase most of the time soooo yeah. Third design flaw, the front two zipper pockets. They are so difficult to open! Honestly, they should've just made it with two zippers that opens up to one big pocket. If they wanted two separate compartments, they could've just put an interior divider. With it's current design, it is hard to reach all the way to the bottom of the pocket. So if something small goes to the bottom and your carry on is full...well...good luck finding the small thing you lost somewhere down there. Which seems kinda pointless because I thought the pockets were FOR small items. Fourth and final flaw, what in the world is up with those side pockets? They're sewn on patches of leather and are SO unforgiving. I can't put anything in there! Maybe a map? I dunno but it seems pretty useless to me. It would be nice if they made it with a more forgiving fabric that can STRETCH so I could maybe put a water bottle on the side. I used it to store napkins during my last trip.Okay, onto the positives! It holds all my....stuff...yeah..stuff and it fits the general size criteria for personal bags with most airlines. Two major things. So like I mentioned above, I carry a lot of...well I call it stuff but my parents beg to differ. Anyway, since I couldn't fit my laptop in here, I had more room but I still managed to fill it pretty full. I was able to fit all my toiletries, make-up bag, several snacks, tablet, cell phone, MP3, two headphones, electronic bundle: portable chargers (2), cords/adapters (5), wall adapter (3), wallet, a change of clothes, water, and keys. I think I may be forgetting a few things but it's not that important. What's important is this bag can obviously hold a lot. Like, A LOT, a lot. The zipper on this thing is great too. Very smooth gliding and sturdy. The stitching is also very good which is very important. Even when I packed it to bulging proportions, the stitching didn't stretch a bit. Color me impressed. The portable battery that came with bag is also very impressive. I have big battery packs already so I wasn't planning to bring it along with me. Also, I figured that for such a small battery, it might charge my electronics to slowly for my needs. But I brought it along anyways and boy was I glad I did. Because of it's smaller size, it is ultra portable and it turns out that it does charge electronics fairly quickly. Depending on how much I use my phone, it would sometimes tide me over for an entire day but usually it only only has enough juice to last me half of a day. But even then, it's usually more than enough because I tend to use this battery pack for outings than long trips. So overall, I did like the bag in the end despite it's design flaws. Fun fact: a Samsung 8.4 tablet can fit in the front pockets. Either side, it doesn't matter. I stored mine in the padded compartment meant for laptops because I like the extra protection but I know some people like big pockets for easy access to their electronics. If you have a device that is the same size or smaller, they would fit in the front pockets. I think this bag is ideal as a carry on bag, or an overnight bag, and maybe a weekender bag (depends on the kind of clothes you pack). If you are thinking about getting this bag as a carry on with no laptop, go for it but I dunno how long those handles are going to hold out if you pack heavy stuff. If you plan to use it for your laptop, the laptop must be 14.5" or under and, again, watch the weight. If you're a business person looking for an overnight bag that can fit both work and clothes, this might be for you depending on what you pack.

Great work bag!!
**UPDATE**I've been using this for the past couple of months and the handle JUST snapped!! I'm so bummed because this bag is exactly what I'm looking for with enough room and tons of pockets. Travelling with this bag has been awesome. So I'm going to get a new handle and get someone to sew it on.*******I love this bag.Color = great light navy colorConstruction = the handles are a bit thin, but it did not arrive broken. Ive only been using it for a week but have taken it on a flight. I use as my workbag so it always contains a laptop, occasionally a power cord (which for some reason always feels like a brick), occasionally an extra pair of shoes (public transportation), water bottle, my lunch. It is very roomy and the pockets allow me to put everything into compartments. Admittedly there are a ton of pockets so Im still trying to rememeber what I put where.Only deducting a star because of the thin strap. I travel frequently and hope that this holds up.Glad that I purchased it instead of overlooking due to the reviewers comments about the construction.

Very pleased, great work bag for travel or daily use.
I ordered the Tutilo Double Agent bag as my work bag in the gray color. Based on screen image I was worried it would lean towards taupe but it is a true gray. It's very spacious with plenty of space for my laptop and files. I only gave the bag 4 stars because I really wish it came with a long shoulder strap. Overall the bag seems well made with quality materials and I'm looking forward to having a charger readily accessible for my longer commutes. I definitely recommend this bag for anyone searching for a reasonably priced work or travel bag that can fit your essentials and then some.

Nice style but cheap construction
I loved the bag until two of the straps completely broke off from the bag, it's jut not built to carry the weight of a laptop and a few other items for a weekend trip. It's unfortunate as I loved the style and the outer pockets were really helpful for tucking your phone and wallet within easy reach. Oh well, returned it and glad I had no problem doing so after using it.

Straps busted on first day.
Bought this for a convention. the straps ripped on the first day leaving me no choice but to buy another (expensive) bag at a luggage store across the hotel. Such a shame since it's a beautiful bag and good size.

and then you are left with a useless bag. I wish this didn't happen as otherwise ...
I have now purchased two of these bags. BOTH have broken in the same exact spot within a month or 2 of regular use. The strap pops out, and then you are left with a useless bag. I wish this didn't happen as otherwise the bag is absolutely perfect as an everyday work/gym bag.

Great bag with lots of useful storage
Great bag with lots of useful storage, but the strap broke after three weeks. I do tend to load my bag up, but was disappointed nonetheless. I am returning and plan on buying a smaller Tutilo bag to prevent the overload issue!

I loved it as a gym bag to carry to work ...
I have had this bag since the beginning of July. I loved it as a gym bag to carry to work as it does not look like a gym bag. However, one of the straps broke last week (early September) only after a few months and I am not able to return it because it is outside the 30 day return window. This is poor quality and a loss on my wallet!
