Small Round Magnets,Rare Earth Neodymium Magnets,Permanent,Fridge,DIY,Building,Scientific,Craft and Office Magnets

I used these to put in small lure boxes for fishing to keep my spinners with treble hooks from becoming entangled in one another. Some reviewers of rare earth magnets complain about how brittle they are, and in fact they are brittle. All of the 80 magnets I ordered (8x3mm) were intact, and a few had minor inclusions on the casing, but nothing bad. Also these will jump over to themselves or any metal object from a couple inches away, and when they slam against one another or a metal object they are in fact at risk of shattering or at minimum affecting the casing surrounding the magnet material. There are so many uses for these, and repeated attaching and removing them from a metal object over time can degrade them. For my purpose I doubt I'll ever have any issues, I'm letting a fishing lure attach to the magnet mounted inside a lure box with dividers, and they stay put even if I drop my tackle box.

Gauging what is considered "strong" is relative to the use and the grade of magnet is not revealed.SO...I compared these 8mm x 3mm magnets to some smaller N48 magnets 1/4" x 1/16" (~ 6.4mm x 1.6 mm) I purchased a while back.In the picture:The folding knife weighs 7.1oz.3 of these ELECFIND magnets (shown on right) will hold the knife compared to 2 of the smaller N48s (on left).Bottomline, they are strong and I am happy with the purchase, but they are just not as strong as grade N48.

Fantastic and extremely powerful tiny shiny magnets! I used these to modify a breast pump to accept modern magnet bottles! these magnets are extremely strong and so small! they're perfect! they're basically chrome plated so they're clean but the biggest plus is they're easily 20 times stronger than the other style bare ceramic magnets! I really only needed a few of these for my project but I'm sure I'll come up with some uses for the others at some point.

These are not super strong by rare earth magnet standards but they are fine for what you'd likely need them for. I use these for things like tinkering where I can attach clip leads to small batteries with them. These will hold stuff up on a refrigerator or work well as countersunk latches for small boxes etc but if you want to use them for supporting things with any significant weight you need to get something bigger and stronger.

I used the first 12 of these to make some hidden closures for a desktop cabinet. Now I have 68 more, and wherever I look, I think "maybe I should stick a magnet there."

These work nicely to hold stuff on a refrigerator. Nothing even tries to fall off. I glued some to a couple of Harbor Freight led lights to stick under my pickup bed cover. I need some larger ones to be more effective on that application.

Great product.. I love the little tin that they come in for storage! I used them to help hold up a dry-erase calendar for my fridge and they work great!

I actually ordered this size by mistake (my error) but upon receiving them I was impressed over other magnet shipments that I ordered the right size from this company and kept these- I’ll figure a use for them.
