An extra large bag is perfect for 1 heavy king size comforter AND 2 regular pillows. I managed to compress all that into a roughly 3'x3'x1' square after folding the vacuumed bag in half. It has been holding up ok in my closet for almost a month now.4-star because the valve is flimsy and felt like it was going to crack when tightening the cap. The bag could also be thicker for the price.

Edit... 4 out of 10 So far failed... May 10,2015Terrific until we found one in the closet has lost its Mojo...Also found one with tiny cracks/Holes in it after we used it and put up on shelf.Yup, took a while to dip into this Project... But thats Life.They are probably better than the Z****cks you can get. I read all of your reviews, and these were my choice.Little tip, definitely stay away from zip area when filling... If you can Have two people,... to get air out of especially Fluffy pillows etc, while one used Vacuum, This is very helpful.

I ordered a few sets of these and have already used them up! My closets look great! I can't believe the difference this has made in organizing my extra comforters, pillows, and such. I did one first and left it sit overnight so I could test if I was doing it right as someone mentioned they re-inflated with air the following day. The key is to take your time in sealing it and making sure you get a tight seal before you vacuum the air out. I spent extra time there which I think paid off because it's been over a week and none of the bags have leaked and I've done about 20! Very pleased with the results and would definitely order again. .

I will not order these again. First of all, I ordered in haste, and if I would have looked a little harder I would have just ordered the brand name bags (with double the bags!) with free Amazon Prime shipping instead of paying $6 shipping on only 6 bags. I really kicked myself for that. I got the bags, and I must say they are larger than I expected (Yay!). One bag fit a fluffy queen comforter, several throws, 2 pillows and some odd and ends. I read all the warnings, instructions and precautions before using. I followed the instructions to the letter, and heeded the warnings about why some bags 'fail'. First thing I noticed is that the hole to vacuum the air out doesn't have a valve. You vac the air out and then try to cap it as fast as you can before it fills back up with air. I used all of the bags, very carefully, just how the instructions said, and half of them failed. I checked the zippers, I had zipped them correctly and firmly, I checked for punctures or tears that I may have inadvertently damaged it, none. They are just really flimsy. I looked and the brand name bags that I have used before are almost the same price (if you count the $6 shipping on these 'cheaper' ones) and you get 14 of them instead of 6. Really kicking myself...

So far...so good! We got these over the weekend and they did just what we needed them to...sucked all the air out of our blankets and pillows so we could store them better. I'm very happy with the price and quality of the product. We'll see how long they stay as tightly sealed as they are now. But they were really easy to use.

Not only are they a good storage product. These were used to go cross country on the roof of a car. They held up wonderfully. Worth the price. Bags are durable so use em for the garage too!

I've had a couple of these bag inflate again after a while. Most of them have stay deflated and some have ripped a bit too easily. They were inexpensive but you do get what you pay for. I would say if you do use it be careful when stuffing the bags and get them as flat as possible.

Wow, I love these! I needed to save space when storing king-sized bed comforters as well as other sizes. These large bags fit a lot and were easy to use. The ziploc end allows us to easily access them again and seal them back up. I can fit two to three times the amount of items in the old storage space.
