I've been using this same brand for several months now. 100 strips in a pack at such a reasonable price makes it convenient for checking my ketone levels throughout the day. I've been really trying to have higher awareness of the foods that kick me out of ketosis, and having this feedback after my meals or shakes has helped me stick to a fat burning diet. I've tried lots of different brands, they all seem to get the job done, but I like the look of this one the most. For accuracy and look, this one is my favorite that I recommend to friends doing keto.

Felt like I was in fat burning mode for a while now but it’s great to have that external validation. Still trying to figure out what's the biggest factors that change the results, sometimes it's only light purple not dark. I heard from Tim Ferriss that long walks and hydration to start out your day helps use up the glycogen in your muscles and helps get you into a deeper state of ketosis. I'll give it a try this weekend.

How to interrupt the strips comes later in an email. Also strips stop working eventually too for scientific reasons. None of this info came with the strips. Otherwise works great.

Positive or negative, light purple or dark, in general I trust the strips results. I'm not going to really worry the level of purple it turns or what not... if it turns color, that's all I care about. After being in Keto for a while it's more difficult to get accurate readings of different levels of being in ketosis, so I just use it as a binary, in or out result.

Strips were easy to read and seem to work. My 2 roommates and I eat the same thing but get different results for each of us. Might be because we have a different workout routine: one's a runner, I'm a crossfitter, and the other does gymnastic style training. I'm guessing the difference in activities is creating the difference in strip color results.

After ordering the keto strips I received an email from Bold Hacks with a detailed explanation of how the strips work and what the different results are. That made things so much clearer. I’m only getting light pink/purple readings now, but I just started Keto recently. Can't wait to see the results after a couple more weeks on the Keto diet!

I ordered these only when I could not find the brand I usually prefer. I am very disappointed with them. I don’t know if the strips are old or have an expiration, but I feel they must. Results are the same despite what result I am comparing it to with another brand strip. I think the chart is difficult to read as well. Wish I had simply returned and ordered another in case these were too old/expired.

Used this product 2 weeks in a row. Upon third use, all strips looked like they had already been used (despite the fact that product arrived with desiccant pack in bottle). Who knows if further readings would be accurate once the strips "turned"? $3.00 per use is extreme for my budget. Product did not warn to take extra precaution and humidity here is neither noticeable nor unbearable (at this moment, it is weather app says it is 44%).I've used similar strips before with no problem (which I stored in a small bathroom), but in a drier climate. Would not purchase these again, as I cannot be certain the strips would hold up, even with extra precaution (storing in a closet with a better environmental desiccant like DampRid).
