Do not buy this product, it is not as depicted. cute glass jar, no stainless steel, just cheap scratched plastic pump that does NOT work!extremely disappointedAfter 6 months I heard from company offering a replacement or refund. I opted for refunded. In 24 hours I received the full refund.I understand every company has issues, I am satisfied this issue was resolved.

I ordered two of these initially. The packaging is a joke because it’s porcelain (or clay) and they don’t bubble wrap them, so one showed up shattered. They were also full of dust when I opened them, which is probably the glaze. They are NOT 16 oz! They are 8 at best. The pump sucks, because the soap gets caught in it and comes oozing out from around the pump every time you use it and creates build-up, preventing the pump from working at all. Very cute, but don’t waste your money on this.

It is not as pictured or advertised and feels a little weird and cheap and it is NOT bright white but creamy, off white. I had to really inspect it to determine that it is really ceramic. It feels like plastic. And the dispenser is definitely not stainless steal as they say. I would have given a higher rating had they sent me what I purchased.

I like the soap base it self but the pump is plastic and I doubt it will last long. It has already begun to fail and I expect to replace it with a metal one. Otherwise, I'm happy with how it looks on my sink base.

Nicer than typical clear jars for liquids in the kitchen.

The product itself is cute but the dispenser is damaged.
