This is a warm cozy neck wrap...however it is not as "filled" as other neck wraps I have used and I don't particularly like the stand up collar...it is not very comfortable. It smells nice and is nice and warm when heated in the microwave for about 3 or 4 mins. I use it for my shoulder and the moist heat helps. I would buy it again.

I heat this up and it helps my neck and headaches.

This product is cheap knock off of a patented product that is made in the USA. Apparently this manufacturer does not recognize intellectual property rights. It violates Us patent US D629,178 S and is nowhere near the quality
