I can keep the radio in its pouch with the volume down and hear it fine because the speaker is near my collar. no more distracting call ins in public.

Sturdy, well made, reliable
So far this has worked well with all of the Cobra walkies that we have. Nice sound, clean transmission, sturdy construction. Not tested or used in bad weather yet, nor have we used the additional audio jack for discreet earphone.

Cobra Hand Held Mic does not work with Cobra Hand Held CB
Does not work - when you plug it in, it does not stay connected and if you hold it in, it keeps the mic engaged and does not allow two way taking.
