Make Your Own Gingerbread House

I bought this gingerbread house for my children to make on Christmas day, it's a family tradition, we make one every year. I didn't know how big this house would be but for almost £9, I was expecting something decent. The size of this gingerbread house is pitiful - the pieces are tiny and the icing you get with the product is hardly worth the packaging - it's pasty and doesn't stick the pieces together very well at all. The main problem though, is the size of the house - completed it stands about 3 inches tall, and that's counting in the highest apex of the roof. Ridiculous house - really not worth selling and certainly not at that price! Very disappointing and just a joke really. The size should be much more clearly advertised - I can't think why anyone would want to buy a 2" squared house, with a 3" roof. Crazy.

I bought this for a family activity and found it somewhat small. I'll admit I didn't look for size description, but small even for a single person.

Package arrived on time, however it wasn't a gingerbread house at all, it was a gingerbread man that was broken and all the sweets to decorate it with were not in the box. The gingerbread biscuit smelt like plasticine! Not happy at all. I wanted zero stars!

Miniature size, several broken sides so unable to make, tasted disgusting & certainly not of ginger bread. What a total waste of money & my kids were so disappointed. Do not buy this product.

A sad disappointment. one of the gingerbread walls was broken, the icing was too thick and dry to shape and the house itself was teeny. Not worth a fiver.

This item was shocking. Do not waste your money on it. Gingerbread was inedible, item was tiny, icing did not work and the decorations were pitiful. I paid £9 for this product - it is currently being sold for £15 - it is not worth 50p. Stephen, Isle of Man

Not the best taste.Icing does not work really well and small dots are too small for toddler little fingers
