Not What I Had Hoped
Update:I have increased this rating from a two star to a three star because runme saw my review and reached out to me. They wanted me to be happy and offered to provide me with a refund. I appreciate a company that cares that their consumers are happy with the product.Original Post:I’ve had my Runme for just over a week now. This is what I have learned about it.My wrist is small, 6 inches. The band fits and is comfortable most of the time. It would also fit a much larger wrist. I have to wear it in the last or next to the last slot to get my heart rate and sleep data. This is fine during the day, but at night it pulls at my arm and wakes me up when I move around. I do like that the strap to hold the tail of the band acts as a second latching point. The band will not record sleep or heart rate if it is not tight. I believe it must fit tight to be accurate on steps count as well. The display is visible in the shade, but hard to read in the sunlight. At night the device is too bright. The display is to come on when you twist your wrist, but I generally can’t get it to do that. If I stroke the display it comes on, but it doesn’t show my steps or heart rate in that display, and I haven’t found another way to get there yet. When the display is on it stays on such a short time it is hard to process what is displayed, and what to do next, especially when the band is new.The instruction manual is tiny and requires a magnifying glass to read. Youtube videos offer more detail and are helpful. The app, VeryFitPro, only links to Google Fit. No other apps. The sleep mode does not record the first hour or two of sleep.I did not find the number of steps or miles very accurate when compared to my calibrated pedometer, MapMyFitness App or Google Fit App. I was going to show a comparison of this, but could not paste the spreadsheet in my remarks. When I enter my weight on VeryFitPro it will not hold the weight I enter. The camera mode is only for the cell phone the band is linked to, using VeryFitPro.The charts are small in VeryFitPro, so you can’t really see the detail. The battery lasted 7 ½ days. When I plugged it in to charge I lost all the data for that day.Once messages are turned on there is no way to clear the messages, once read. When I emailed support they got back in a few hours, asked for photos of the problem and documentation of purchase, then got back again the next day. A solution was not provided.Would I purchase this again? No. Will I send it back? No, it isn’t worth the effort since it was so inexpensive.

Good product
I was looking for a fitness tracker and didn't want to spend $100+ on a Fitbit. So of course I searched on Amazon and read some reviews on some of the tracker I found to be less than $30 and they were good. So I ordered this one and it's super easy set up. It's pretty intuitive once you get going with it; it holds a good charge, and I haven't had any troubles with it. I really like it especially to track workouts and walking, keeping an eye on my heart rate and sleeping patterns.

I love the watch but...
I the watch but the veryfitproapp that you connect to messes up my phone. They updated it and it got a lot better but for a while i had to turn off my phone to hang up calls. pretty annoying. If they could fix that this watch is very nice. Love that I can wear it in the shower without worry.

Great purchase
I bought this for my 9 year old for her birthday. She wanted a fitbit but I just couldn’t justify spending so much on something for a young child. She LOVES this! It tracks steps pretty accurately and I love how easy it is to charge.

Not an expensive fitbit.
It is still running. I have only had to reload twice in two years. Accuracy is off because I can be standing and doing the dishes. I think that is with all of them. But daily walks are pretty close to right. Good quality for the price.

Charging obstacles; pretty good overall
I was gifted a runme tracker several months ago and it stopped working. After purchasing a new one I realized that the old one works it just won't charge using the other usb ports I tried which is frustrating. I really liked the tracker which is why I immediately purchased a new one, but my experience is hit or miss when trying to find a device I can use to charge it up. The functionality is great and so is the battery life. I definitely feel I get a good bang for my buck I just have to find something to use that will consistently charge the tracker

Avoid
Box came so dirty... and you can tell this was returned at some point, the sticker that covers the watch face is barely hanging on. This is for a Christmas gift and the presentation looks horrible, makes me doubt that the product even works since it’s clearly been returned Already. Will be returning

My review
I like this product. Combined with my phone it helps me keep track of my activity and sleep. I don’t get much sleep at night and with th ability to track it helps me see where I am loosing sleep. It is a little off on steps and sleep but over all it works great.
