Perfect for people who so sports!
Bought this as a present from my dad. It’s now more than one week that he uses it. He seems really satisfied with the watch, especially of how easy it’s to use. The touch screen is quite basic, you just need to tap and scroll to see the functionalities. What my dad really likes is that you can track different types of workouts (as jogging, Bicycle, walking...) and you can check your heart beat. Therefore I believe this is perfect for someone that is really active and does sports (plus it is a really light watch so it’s not annoying to have it on you all day).By connecting the watch to the app you access a bunch of other functionalities (which I believe are useful although my dad doesn’t really use them). You can get notifications when someone calls you or take pics (use the phone as a remoter for your phone). Finally it charges really fast. I am not sure about the battery life since my dad likes to charge it every night (just to be sure).

More than expected
After using this device for 3 days, I must say, that I'm impressed. This tracker has perfect size (Smart Watches are too big), good set of features and after 3 days its battery still reports 69% charge. The app looks great, it is colourful and easy to use.Sleep tracking is hit and mostly - miss, but I don't really care :)

You get what you pay for
Good looking, appears well made and certainly well presented... so why is it only £11? Well, perhaps I was just unlucky but the one I got was a big disappointment and probably faulty - I suspect QA to a bit lacking.First the good: it has a nice display, easy to set up and use. Heart rate is accurate, and the sleep monitor seems good too.Now the bad: step counter is useless, so all the related measurements like calories/distance/etc are also meaningless. On mine the step counter stopped at 34, sometimes showing a different apparently random number but always returning to 34 next time I looked.Shame really, it looked like a bargain but I suppose you usually get what you pay for. Mine has gone back to Amazon for a refund but if you feel lucky give it a shot; it seems a really nice device... if it works.

Updated: sent back for Full REFUND: cheap rubbish
UPDATE: sent back for FULL REFUND:utter cheap rubbish: when lying flat on a desk 'read' heartbeats AND walking distance?Contacted customer service; reply was irrelevant in poor english.Box arrived Dirty and Damaged.Summary: Cheap rubbish, waste of time and money.REFUNDED by amazon.Previously:Opened up (and like others) from a very dirty battered box...Anyway, placed it onto charge, and (once worked out that it will only charge in a certain orientation) it started to charge, four hours to fully first charge. ok.Then placed it onto a desk while reading the instructions, bizarrely it then started to count 50 steps!! worse, it was also displaying a heart rate .. it was flat on a desk !!I'm not confident this is a reliable product nor in any way accurate, more so when asked Customer Service How to sync it to the Google Fit App (it said it could on the amazon description) I was told to read page One of the manual, which is how to switch it on (!)?Shame as the App was good, and instantly even updated the tracker.Seems not accurate at all, which is the whole point of a Fitness tracker.

Easy to navigate and read
The product is nicely packaged and has a guide book as well as a barcode for easy access to download the app.You pop the main part out of the strap and insert it into a USB port ensuring the connections meet as there is a little 'wiggle' room which means that it may not charge if not correctly seated. It charged fast to start with, can't say how it would be over a period of time yet.The screens are black, white, grey and large which is good for us near-sighted people!I wore it on my usual wrist with my old smart watch on my other wrist to see how they sync or differ from each other. The screen is activated by swiping it or shaking your wrist, this saves on battery as it's not a constant display. If swiping up the screens from the time screen, the sequence is as follows - Training, Mindfulness, Messages, Weather, Music, More(systems). When you shake your wrist it will show the time and number of steps. Tap the main screen and it takes you into sub screen that show heart rate, steps, cals burned, distance and time.I did notice a difference in the step count. My old watch was much more accurate as I could put in a measured step where this watch probably goes on height. The 'training' screen has sub menus with different measurements, you can change what you want to have on the sub menu via the app but the options are limited and no 'general' workout.I like the mindfulness screen as it vibrates when you need to breath in, hold or breath out, this isn't a function found on most watches.Being a large faced watch it's much easier to see the messages as they come through, again you can say what you want to go through as a notification via the app.Not sure where they get the weather temp from as it differs from my other watch by 1 or 2 degs, so not much. The music screen activates the app on your phone without and problems, however there is only a play, pause and skip function, ideally there would be a volume button but that could just be me being lazy!! The app for the watch lets you choose from the different music apps on your phone to play from. The watch is IP67 so it's ok to have it in water up to a metre deep for up to half an hour. I wouldn't go swimming with it but will keep it on when washing dishes, bathing, ect..The app once downloaded and paired to your watch has a few extra functions such as, alarm camera shooting, wrist sense, anti-theft alert (which will vibrate if you go over 7 metres from the watch), find my phone and Non disturb mode. The user page on the app allows you to put in targets and personal info as well as adding 3rd party programs and system settings. There is a problems page written in bad english that can be a little difficult to follow but you get the gist. It could really do with being re-written properly. The app has charts to show activity, sleep and heart rate for the week, month or year. The writing on the charts are small and white which makes it a little difficult to see.Again the sleep differed from my other watch (which was accurate) in the fact that the awake period was counted as overall sleep time although it showed separately in the breakdown of the sleep pattern, this is just a programmer's oversight, I would guess. Conclusion: I like this watch, it's inexpensive, easy to charge, has a large screen and is easy to navigate.Things I would like to see: A 'general' workout for the times when you do something not on the app.Being able to show the screens I want on the top menu of screens.Able to input a measured step to make the step count more accurate.I haven't had this watch long so unable to give a long term wearing review.

Excellent
I have been using this fitness tracker for 4 days now and it is excellent. I have used the sleep , steps, spinning, heart rate, alarm, messages and find my phone app and they have all worked brilliantly. I have to say the steps app has encouraged me to do extra walking in the day cos i love getting an applause when I reach my target. Having spent 2.5 years in a wheelchair I need to improve my walking slowly. It is great that I can start at my pace without having to do 10000. For anyone beginning it is a great tracker and for those wanting a high rate version it also makes the grade. My only disappointment is it doesn't have an x.bike on it but it does have a treadmill. So far after 4 days i have used only 60% of the battery life.
