I bought these to see if they improved matters. 1. They are easier to fit. However be careful if you are fitting to a smaller instrument than a guitar as the screws supplied may pierce right through. 2. They are not rattley like the other types. 3. They attach the strap to the button without fiddling about and are easier to detach when you pack away. They look a bit more stylish too. I believe the extra cost is worth the extra quality. Would be good if the buttons for the instrument were available as a separate item.
