So far so good, the bike trainer has been a great addition to my “home gym.” It’s quiet, and works up a sweat very quickly. For myself I use it in the morning while getting caught up on emails or in their afternoon to watch some TV as I get workout.

Ordered this fluid bike trainer recently & received it today 5/22/2019. The product is great, well made & very sturdy. Works flawless with my DIAMONDBACK 700c hybrid road bike. The only issue I have with it is that I was under the impression that it would be a lot more quieter in my apartment. The minute I shift my bike into high gear the floor vibration is insane. : ) I can't imagine what a non fluid bike trainer would sound like. lolIn any case, I tried to dampen the noise with some interlocking foam mats but that didn't go so well. I'm now looking for some noise dampening floor material to help reduce the vibration so I can take full advantage of this product.I definitely recommend this fluid bike trainer based on quality but if you live in an apartment you may need to purchase some noise dampening material to avoid annoying your neighbors. That is why I gave it 4 stars and not 5 stars.

 I thought the picture directions on the paper was too small to figure out. I go by the pictures better than instructions. Plus the wrench that was provided was small for one of the bolts. I had to buy another wrench. I also had to have some help loosen the bolt on the resistance piece that has the nobb. Also not very clear on where to put the bolt on the resistant piece and to keep the whole mechanism up so the tire would be touching it. I had to experiment myself. I did figure it out. So please provide better clear instruction. Once I put it together it works great. I love it so far. I was able to get a good workout in. :) byPlease see my video. Hopefully it explains it better!

The trainer was a good purchase. I made two modifications to my bike once the trainer was installed. I brought a bigger bike seat and I had to place front tire on a 8 inch block to keep me from going forward as I pedal.

This fluid trainer is just what I was looking for, at a very reasonable price point. I bike a lot in the warmer weather and want to keep in shape during the colder months! 👍

I bought this product because it advertised additional width. I have a Pedego ebike and the trainer fit as described. It is great to use during the rainy season. I recommend this trainer.

Easy to assemble and mount bicycle on. Since this is my first bike trainer, I learned that using my skinny tired bike is not nearly as noisy as when I first put the bigger tired bicycle on it. I need a small step stool to get up on the elevated bike. Over all this is a very good bike trainer. Able to maneuver through the gearshifts easily. Great for indoor workout on a rainy cold day...or any day!

I watched their video online before I purchased. I had no trouble setting it up. The tension adjustment is a little tricky but I figured it out in about 5 minutes. You need to keep in mind there are two adjustments that need to be adjusted separately. The nut and the end piece it screws into. At first I just tried to adjust by screwing it in but it would not tighten on the wheel so I moved the nut down a little and re adjusted the screw and it worked just fine! I rode it once today. I have mountain hybrid tires and they are not very noisy at all. It seems to be a well constructed piece of equipment I hope to use for a long time to come.
