Love the leash. I also got a harness made by Kong for my boy at a petsmart. The stutching is starting to split on the harness. Not sure if i should take it back or not.

This leash is great quality, very durable, Very comfortable handles. I love the option of the 2nd handle for when you need to have your dog closer to you.

Awesome leash

I returned this leash after my first 20 min walk with an 80-85 pound dog. While the convenience of being hands free is nice, as soon as the dog started pulling it felt like someone was tightening a rope around your abdomen. The waist band needs to be significantly WIDER and more padded to prevent injury. My whole midsection hurt for 2-3 days after, and I'm a 190 pound man.

my dog came off his leash 3x before realizing that non locking gate-style hooks are the problem.the issue is that when the leash gets entangled either on itself or on another leash (eg. on leash dog greeetings when they do the sniff the butt dance), the gate will stay open.i got lucky that my dog didn't run away (was more interested in whatever got him tangled up), but it's a problem.

Do not purchase this product. The clasp that connects to the pet's collar is DEFECTIVE. More than once, it disconnected itself from my pet's collar simply because my pet turned a certain way. The clasp opened from the D-ring on the collar pressing it. Serious design flaw. Find a leash with a vertical clasp, the classic style. This leash is DANGEROUS.

Leash is great. Daughter bought one for her dog. She live in the city. I loved it so much I had to buy one for ours.
