Q: My window measures 30in what should I buy size wise?.

I suggest you order the smallest width available which is 39” (w). Since your window is 30”, extend your curtain rods to allow 4.5” on each side of your window for the curtain to fit perfectly. If not, request to customize your curtain size but I do not recommend it because it cost more. Hope this helps!

Not sure about your question. But, the swag width would be in correlation with the measurement of the width of your window.
