Tricky Sticky but Outstanding Results
Using the glue is tricky. Too little and you will end up with bubbles under your screen, too much and you'll gum up the inside of your phone. My friend's phone had residue leaking out for weeks and the speaker is about 3/4 volume at max of what it used to be because he got in a hurry. My advice is TAKE YOUR TIME! It's not superglue so as long as you are not in a UV area you should be able to pull the glass back up if you need more glue. (Disclaimer: I haven't tried this myself) I suggest working in an inside room with no windows. That way you can take as long to put the new glass on as it took you to take the old one off without worrying about the glue setting up.(Note that the butterfly shaped shadow in the after picture is from the screen being damaged, not the glue, Also, Otter-box has a one year warranty so I got a new case for free too.)Good luck on your repair!

crap light spend the money get the good one!
The flashlight fell apart within 5 minutes of opening the box, the lens fell out. I put it back together. When I was ready to use it, it didn't set the glue like advertised. After I was done I put it on the counter, the lens popped out again and rolled of the counter. I lost the lens, now to Use the light I have to hold in the bulbs with my finger which kind of defeats the purpose of the light if my finger has to be in front of it.Pro: they did ship fast.

Five star glue only
Really love the flow of this glue, when properly laid out the bubbles are minimal. The flashlight is not exactly worthless although I did have to install the guts into another flashlight body which I will post picture of which only cost a dollar but of better quality. My process was just too remove original screen then add small amount of glue in stick man sort of shape like this ">-<", lay new screen on and spread to corner then I use the light to pin the corner in place the move on to next corner pinning and pushing bubbles out as I go until all four corners look good and no bubbles in center. Afterward I either put outside our use reptile lamp because I have a turtle that needs it and no reason to buy more equipment

Updated reveiw
I bought this item to repair my son's S4, I had no experience in this area and expected a little more instruction in the package. After trashing this product I was contacted by the manufacturer, and they instructed me on what to do.I wish that there was a plunger included with the tube of glue just to make it a no brainer.I was told that the UV glue does not cure around the sides and to either side of the microphone or speaker due to non reflective surfaces. So use the double sided tape that comes with your glass kit or glue will keep coming out until it is gone. The flashlight is supposed to be used to cure the corners only and they suggested a brighter solution such as the 51 led light.I placed the phone in the dashboard of my car to dry and this seemed to work just fine.So overall I am satisfied with the product. I would like to see a small instruction page and plunger included, and maybe just to get rid of the flashlight that really doesn't do much and replace it with the better model. The customer service department was friendly and informative, I just wish I was armed with the information BEFORE I made the repair...I suppose the glass manufacturer could have put something in there instructions that if you plan to use UV glue you should still use the 2 sided tape around the edges. The glue spread evenly and with no bubbles even for a first timer like me, and in the end the phone looks great again.I will use this product again, but hopefully I won't have to!

Not woth the buy tell they get cure able glue.
This was bought for something other then gluing glass onto the LCD of a smart phone. I wanted it to cure and be hard type of glue. This was just not the case. I had a small test amount. I shined the UV flashlight on it for 10 seconds not cured, put it under the UV again for 30seconds. Still not cured, then again for 5 minuets. I thought this might just be really cheap UV glue. Well nothing, still not cured. So I sat it under the UV flashlight for 3 hours. I figured its got to be done by now. Nope it was not. So I really don't know how you can glue class screen to a smart phones LCD with this. I have returned it and got money back. I moved to try Rapid Fix, so far much better outcome. But I wouldn't use that for smart phones. You'll want something like this. Just might want to try a newer tube of it or get it some ware else. Thanks...

Nice little kit
Nice little kit. Did the job. Easy to use and was not able to see any left over glue when the job was done.

Worked great! Much better than using double sided tape!
Purchased this to fix a previous screen replacement on a Note 2. First time I only used the double sided tape included with the screen, it was a mistake. A spot formed in the center of the screen where the screen was clinging to the digitizer. I have since taken it back apart and only used this loca glue and the results are great! It looks great and the response is great. The included light did not dry the glue as fast as I expected, next time I will do the repair during the day so I can use sunlight. Also if you get glue on your fingers and get it on the phone, Windex worked good to get it cleaned up.
