Watches dont keep time
Girlfriend got me the kolt all black for Xmas .Big problem with movement as losing 5 minutes every day. Sent email saying was faulty and losing time and got a reply saying it was normal for a mechanical watch to lose time 10/15 seconds a day . I sent 1 back saying I agree 10/15 seconds is ok but 5 minutes is faulty .Been 2 weeks now and about 5 emails and no response. Going to do a youtube review later and look at legal options . Company is a disgrace and watches do not work correctly

Appalling Customer Service
I bought a Kolt watch in a gift box with suede strap and metal strap.The watch itself Is ok. However the suede strap is way too short and would go round my wrist. The metal strap was big enough but was missing a pin to attach it to the watch case.Over a month later, the problem is still not resolved . Customer services don’t reply to emails and the phone number has been removed from the site. You only get a reply from customer service if you leave a negative review on Trustpilot, and even then the matter isn’t resolved. Check out the HUGE number of negative reviews regarding the customer service on there....Overall not a bad product, but appalling customer service. Will never buy from again and would recommend you steer clear.I continue to send an email to customer services every day but without response.....
