I love it, and it lasts longer than the canned stuff which can go bad.
For the record, I am reviewing: Coconut Milk Cream Powder Chao Thai Size 60 G(2.0 Oz) X 5 Bags, From the Chao Thai StoreI love a good Thai Red Curry and I cook it probably once or twice a month. Over the years I have found the quality sand price of the canned coconut milk and cream to vary quite a bit. I decided to try the powdered stuff and I love it. I really like that I do not have to add fluid to my already perfect dish when adding the powder and it makes it just a bit thicker and creamier. I really liked the price too. I have used three of these so far and I have tried other brands from the Asian market near us and they all seem to be just fine. Now I am not a connoisseur of coconut milk and cream, so if you are you may have a different opinion, but for me as a home chef I find this stuff to be gold. Plus it has a longer shelf life.

Just Buy It!
This coconut powder tastes amazing. It makes cooking easier. I often use it in making baked goods, especially frosting or coconut/banana bread. I also use it in making Thai food regularly. My daughter hates the texture of coconut, but loves the taste, so this powdered coconut, which is not gritty is a win!

Amazing coconut milk
We think coconut milk is the nectar of the gods, because it has so many amazing properties. This milky white liquid is used in several food recipes like sauces, delicious curries and desserts. Apart from making foods tastier and creamier, coconut milk is also very healthy. Here are a few of the many health benefits of coconut milk* Good source of Manganese: Coconut milk is a rich source of manganese which helps maintain blood sugar, relaxes muscles and your nerves. Whenever you exercise do you ever have cramps or sore muscles? Try having some coconut milk, it will relieve some of those problems.Good Source of Copper and Vitamin C: Coconut milk contains copper which is a very important mineral for most of the bodily functions. Copper and vitamin C help maintain the flexibility and elasticity of the skin and blood vessels.* Builds Strong Bones: Coconut milk is very rich in phosphorus and calcium. Both are an essential nutrient that our bodies need for strengthening our bones.* Good Source of Iron: Did you know that each cup of coconut milk supplies our bodies with nearly a quarter of the daily value of iron? Lack of iron is the most common nutrient deficiency among people throughout the world. When you are low in iron your body doesn't produce enough hemoglobin and therefore you lower your oxygen levels in the red blood cells resulting in anemia.Good Source of Fiber: This is perfect for people trying to lose a few pounds. When drinking coconut milk you feel full very quickly because of the high concentrations of dietary fiber. This also is great for little ones, because it keeps their little bodies regular. * Helps Maintain a Healthy Immune System: With the cold season right around the corner we want to do everything we can to ward off colds by keeping our immune system healthy. One way you can do that is by drinking coconut milk. It supplies vitamin C to the body which boosts the immune system. Coconut milk also provides healthy fats, including lauric acid, a key component of the body's immune system that's also found in breast milk.
