Bags burst EVERY time
I had few boxes of this brand bought for me, as a gift. What an utter waste of that person's money. Every single bag I have ever used from this company bursts in the cup. I have tried everything from incredibly slowly trickling the water alongside the bag, to (in desperation) slowly immersing the bag into the water. Nothing works. Nothing. No other coffee bag has ever burst for me, it is only the ones made by this company.My simple advice is: Never buy this brand.
