Jet Performance 69125 Powr-Flo Mass Air Sensor , Black

I had a hard time buying this because the reviews kept saying that the check engine light kept coming on after it was installed. Others suggested to un hook the negative battery cable for an hour or more before you unhook the stock one, slap this bad boy in, reconnect negative battery cable and enjoy. This mod is one of those things that help with performance when coupled with other upgrades such as Cold Air Intake, Throttle Body Spacer, exhaust, (or in my case the SLP slip on that removes the last resonator. This Mass Air Sensor widen parameters with in the programming allowing the ECU to adjust for a more potent performance enhancing air fuel ratio. I think the throttle response is better, the wide open throttle used when on the freeway passing cars, and low end torque is up. Worth the $150. This is Amazon, if it does not work you can return it, but I think you will be happy with the results. This went on my 2009 Chevy Tahoe with a 5.3L V8, no check engine light after 400 miles.

Ecu did not like this maf. Kept giving fault code of bad map. And would cause my truck to shutoff and operate under reduced power. Couldn’t drive over 2 mph

Install only takes a couple mins. I couldn’t tell that it was doing any good until I towed our travel trailer (approx 7klbs). This works great in combo with the Volant intake and 3” cutback exhaust. I could definitely tell I have more throttle to work with when pulling a steep grade.Recommend!!

About 6,000 miles since the install. I've had no problems with check engine lights like others have mentioned. This isn't going to give you more power, per se. This gives your ECU a better reading of how much air is coming in to the engine if you've installed a larger intake. In that sense, you can get more power from a more accurate reading, but the gains are going to be insignificant. This is about having a more reliable engine that can be more aggressively tuned with an aftermarket intake than is possible with a factory MAF.

Not sure I noticed a difference (maybe little smoother idle?) idk...Didn’t change for the worse for sure tho. I did a few other mods at similar time so hard to tell. Didn’t get a check engine light and super easy install.

This set off the check engine light in my truck. I could feel more HP and better throttle response but didn't want to risk ruining something. I have one for sale if you want one.

Man do I love this product! You can definitely feel the power since I added this piece to my chevy! I also installed the K&N cold air intake system and wow! Both of them together added more horsepower, torque, faster throttle response and better gas mileage. I highly recommend that y'all buy these two items.

After installation of the product in my 09 GMC Sierra 1500 SLT began to have a rough idle an 0 peddle response. Do to the extreme sensitivity of these sensors it very well could have been defective or damaged. Product packaging had been taped together from what looked like it got smashed.
