Delightfully Dark Chocolate Peruvian Chocolate by Orquidea

I love deep dark chocolate however this single bar was just a tad too pricey for just a single bar. But taste-wise, it was fantatic.

I'm going to Peru in a couple of years, and I decided to try Peruvian chocolate to hold me over in the meantime. This won't be the last order I place! I bought two different brands, but this one was definitely superior in every way (value, size, taste!, packaging, sustainability...) I have a new favorite chocolate.

I bought this for my brother in law who is a big fan of dark chocolate. He was very pleased and said it was delicious. The chocolate arrived on time and in perfect condition.

This is very nice dark chocolate. I enjoyed eating it. It's a little better than the Dark Chocolate Lover's Dark Chocolate bar I regularly get from Trader Joe's--but that costs under $2. So I'm giving this bar 3 stars because at $8 per bar I expected something a LOT better.

I thought that it was bigger than what it was. For the price it's TOTALLY not worth it.

The taste was somewhat bitter, texture was good. The price did not make up for the taste or texture...TOO EXPENSIVE

Chocolate was old and had a white film on the bars and very hard. I bought 4 and opened 2. They were flavorful but I decided to contacted the seller. Did not meet my expectation for expensive as they were. However she sent 4 replacement bars and 2 addition ones to try. All were delicious and this time met my expectation. The seller was great and stood by her product. I will definitely buy again. I also discovered 2 new types of yummy dark chocolates. Thx
