I bought these headphones to replace my Mixcder ShareMe 7 as a commuter headphone. Here is my comparison of the 2 headphones.Sound:With ANC turned off the sound qualityis about the same on E8 as on ShareMe 7 headphones. However, ANC turned on is MUCH better than ShareMe 7. You get a richer sound with clear soundstage with E8.Noise Cancellation:With ANC turned on on E8, I get a more pleasant experience riding on the subway or biking in traffic. Also, tE8 headphone cushions sit better against my ear than ShareMe 7 ones, so more outside noise gets blocked.Foldability:I prefer the way E8 headphones fold to the ShareMe 7. With the twisting of the ear cups on E8 (see photo) I can comfortably wear them around my neck. ShareMe 7 headphones always rubbed my chin when I would wear them around my neck. I also find it easier to carry E8 headphones in my laptop bag since they become flat after twisting the ear cups as opposed to ShareMe 7 headphones which have no way of rotating the ear cups.

Purchased these active noise cancelling headphones for use primarily on domestic US air flights. Have used them on two flights, both about 2 1/2 hours at a time each way. The noise cancellation feature works well to cancel out the jet engine noise as long as there is a single frequency that the headphones can compensate for. Does not work as well if there are multiple frequencies to deal with. For example, during takeoff, in addition to the jet engine noise, you have a different noise from the tires on the runway, which the noise cancellation feature has trouble processing. Gives a clicking noise in the left ear phone. Once in the air and just the consistent jet/wind noise, they work well. Switched off the active noise cancellation feature when used to view movies. Headphone sound is excellent with my tablet. Fit over the entire ear and good to muffle outside noise. Soft ear cups. No issues with battery life at least on a 2 1/2 hour flight. Charged up in about 2 or 3 hours. Overall, given the attractive price and good fit and active noise cancelling feature, recommended for use on air flights at least.

Three weeks after first receiving these headphones, my son using them for a one or two hours everyday during winter break. They're comfortable enough for long listening periods. On a full charge, no static, dropouts, or interference in the strong Bluetooth connections. It paired up quickly with iPhone on the first attempt without any hesitation.Nicely packed. They are light, have great sound. The noise canceling is pretty decent. It’s not Bose quality but it’s plenty powerful to muffle a vacuum. It doesn’t take much jostling to make it crackle, but if it becomes too annoying I just turn the NC off.. With noise cancelling off they sound excellent crisp sound great bass the works. Very good and only effects sound quality slightly while simultaneously in active cancelling mode and listening to music.So far this is what I can share, will update the quality in about 3-4 months from now :)

I’ve been using these headphones for almost a week now and I’m blown away.I really enjoy the sound quality of these headphones, especially with the Active Noise Cancelling (ANC). The ANC doesn’t cancel out loud noises or talking, but it does eliminate most background noise as well as makes far off and loud noises much quieter.As for comfort, these headphones are easily the best pair I’ve worn. I usually get on ear headphones because they’re cheaper, but splurging for this styler is the right choice. I wore these headphones for about 4 hours of flight time over the week and I have no complaints. The flight was a little warm, but my ears were never uncomfortable temperature wise.The carrying case for these fits the headphones perfectly and also keeps them very secure. The only improvement I would offer for the case is a mesh net or something to keep the cords that go with the headphones secure inside the case.The Bluetooth connectivity is very easy to set up and the button set up is very intuitive. The sound quality via Bluetooth is great! These also connect with a standard 3.5mm audio jack and provide excellent sound quality in this way as well. The ANC works with the headphone jack as well.Along with the headphones and case there is a good quality charging cable, a decently long 3.5mm audio jack, and a users manual. The users manual will answer any questions you have about the device.Overall I’d highly recommend these headphones to anyone looking for a reasonably priced set of ANC headphones.

Pros:I used it a lot at work inside a big-azz loud machine. It does the job cancelling noise. I still hear 30 % of the noice and still have to wear an earplugs.Good for listening music or watch videoControls are easy to reachComfy and been using it 5 to 8 hours day. Weight is okHave not used to receive or make calls yetUpHave not used it to travel yet.Nov 25 2019 update: Right earpiece no longer works. Downgrade to 0 star.Hardly connect to bluetooth any longer. Soon to be a waste dust collector.Can't find the phone number associated with warranty. Not in their web nor manual. Not recommended.Go for it and waste your $$$ like I did.

First time i am using ANC headphones .The sound quality is very good .When i opened box and i find a huge travel case with the E8s and the cabling, 3.5 mm and micro usb cable, The bass and treble balance very well. The headphone are very light weight and case also moderate .it protects very well. I have a ESSENTIAL PH1 that has an adapt sound function in the settings which detects what frequencies you hear better than others. I did that and these sound much better now.Pairing is easy, power on the E8 and it will attempt to pair automatically with the latest registered device, if it’s the first time it will enter in pairing mode automatically.Material Quality is very high and feels like premium while wearing headphones.Noise cancellation work very well while travelling and fits very well into ears . This is my best choice headphones for me

Purchased for a very long flight to Australia, and they were great. Noise cancelling is mislabeled but these cancelled all the low rumbles and reduced the higher register noise so that I could watch movies without thinking about the sounds around me. Sound quality was equally satisfying.
