As some of the reviewers noted, they're a bit narrow, especially in the arch. My feet are M width with low arches, and these cut into the top of my feet. Originally, I bought a half size smaller pair, and the length was fine, but the top was too tight, so I ordered another pair in my regular size, and even though the length is fine, they're still tight in the arch area. But overall, it's a good buy. This seems to be the only brand that makes this type of style out of real leather.UPDATE: changing my review from 4 to 1 star. After wearing the larger pair for a couple of weeks, I now realize it hasn't stretched much either and is still too tight in the arch area. I can't wear these for longer than an hour and have to take a break for a few days because my arches hurt after wearing these even for an hour.

I got these for my serving job. They are cute and relatively comfy, but they hurt the soles of my feet after long shifts or if I wear them multiple days in a row. The best part is that they are comfy on the heels and toes. I would recommend these shoes for short shifts, or to have in rotation with another pair if you wear non-slip shoes full time. The grip is fantastic—very much a non slip shoe!

I buy at least three pairs a year for work. I am a healthcare worker and stand all day my feet always feel good.

I work in a hospital and I do a lot of walking and these shoes are not only super comfortable, they are truly non slip. They held up really well on wet/slippery floors! Highly recommend

These shoes have changed work for me. It's like I'm walking on stylish clouds. Ive worn them for 2 weeks now.Going off of the other reviews:They do not smell if you wear socks, even the very small no show socks.Sometimes I'm a 10, sometimes I'm an 11. The 11 worked perfect for me.They are not wide width but my feet aren't perfectly narrow either.The arch support does not cut into my foot at the top. I wear them for 9+ hours at a time and the most damage they do to my feet are a few red marks when I wear no show socks that go away quickly.

Great shoe, casual looking, slip resistant, but too narrow at the instep. Although there is elastic on the top, it does not stretch enough to be comfortable if you have a wide foot. Great for narrow feet.

I typically wear a women's US size 7, but decided to purchase this shoe pair in 7 1/2 (to make sure I didn't have to deal with the return process). There is a little extra toe space, so I probably would have been fine with the half-size difference, but the shoes fit very comfortably and securely. The material is durable and isn't stained by food/drink. As a bonus, they look cute. I'll probably end up buying the white pair, as well. :)
