I had been struggling with wooden skewers pressed into thick pineapple slices, but they would eventually collapse in the oven and were a huge mess.This works alright for my purpose. Essentially, it is better than nothing. But the problem is that the skewers are very very short. I wish I could find a vertical skewer system for in the oven that was sturdy and tall, but for now, this will do. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ BEST IDEA EVER!!!!! *by M***Q on February 18, 2019* I was looking for a better way to cook meats in the air fryer. I found that the trays really don't allow me to cook a lot of meat at once, and you have to stop and rotate mid-cycle so that both sides cook. WELL...let me tell you about these little racks! Genius, I tell you, GENIUS!!! See the pics. I'm able to cook my meats standing! From chicken pieces, to pork chops, to steaks, ribs, etc. In one cycle, I can make 24 chicken wings, without having to stop mid-cycle to rotate them. I can now set it and forget it and not disrupt the process. They are DELICIOUS!!!! This is the BEST IDEA EVER!!!!***WARNING*** The spokes are very sharp!
