Quite straight forward to put it on but a fair few steps and have to unlace it every time. While wearing it the support was immense, i couldn't even turn my foot to its side so i definitely wasn't get a twist! Unfortunately it was a little too big to wear with my Brasher boots so i ended up not using it but having it with me in case i did sustain an injury because this would also be brilliant to wear while injured.
