For an alternative try Macro Munch bars, they are nut free. It is very difficult to find protein bars that do not say "may contain nuts" or do not sacrifice flavour for nutrition. I am delighted to say since first trying battle bites a month ago, i have purchased as many boxes as i can fit on my kitchen counter. I can not recommend these enough. I have bought every flavour multiple times haha. They are the best tasting bars i have ever had by such a large amount, i thought my protein 6 layer bars were amazing, but these make them seem really average. My personal favourites are- Caramel Pretzel, carrot cake, red velvet, and birthday cake. Nutrition is amazing too loaded with 20g protein, about half as much fibre and less than 3g of sugar. Seem too good to be true. Its the sort of thing you eat as your cheat day treat, but its actually good nutritionally. Made here in the UK and fast shipping. 10/10 from me. Also equally difficult is finding bars that taste nice at the same time. I have tried many various brands in the past some of which are extremely chewy and non tasteful. I chose the birthday cake flavour and it did not disappoint. It tastes exactly as described, and was very easy to eat. Its extremely clever how they are split into two pieces. After the first piece it was filling enough that I didn't need the second and waited untill after my workout.
