Waste of money! Don't buy it.
This thing doesn't affect my dogs at all. The lights flash when they bark, but if it produces any sound at all, they don't seem bothered by it. And there's no way to check to see if it is actually functioning other than seeing lights flash. There's no adjustment available to increase the sound level in case that would get their attention.

Stops my inside dog from barking
My lab mix doesn't like to be left. With this little machine, she stops barking almost instantly. We've had it for several weeks and now we don't even have to turn it on every night. We just mess around with it and she takes the hint. The only thing I would change is to put some sound that humans can also hear, to make sure it working. For instance, we have a clock that chimes and is near the dog cage. Does the machine react to that also? Sometimes she barks longer than we think she should if the machine is working. But, she can be very persistent. Just like to know for sure it's working. The on-off switch seems very fragile, but it seems to be holding up.

Wasted money
My dog (Puggle) completely ignores it. It is WAY TOO SENSITIVE and goes off if I even touch it.

Worked great for my 3 Maltese
I love this miracle box so much. I have never owned dogs that bark for sport before. I wondered if I would ever have peace and quiet again and now I do! When the gang gets too vocal, I just turn the little box on medium and set it down. They watch carefully and quiet right down. I also can let them out in their fenced grassy yard area to play without driving the neighbors crazy with barking. Just set the box down on the porch and they keep their barking to a minimum. I'll get a second one for a spare just in case this one ever fails one day. 10 STARS!

Not worth a Damn!
They suck!! The instructions say that batteries should last up to 3-4 months in these and they last no longer than 3-4 days. Once the lever piece falls off which happens almost instantly, they break when you try to put it back on and then they are useless. Save your money. Not worth the cost.

My neighbors dogs and my dogs aren’t affected by this device. Tried all levels

Our dogs aren't annoying anymore!
I only had to turn it onto level one when they were barking non-stop at the neighbor's dogs. (Neighbor dogs don't bark back, and don't pay attention to them) Once I used it, they instantly got quiet and came inside. Now, all I have to do is show them the box, and they immediately stop.The only thing to keep in mind, is that your dog(s) isn't/aren't the only dogs to hear it. Any neighbor dogs will hear it as well. Thankfully, my dogs trained on it quick, and the neighbor dogs don't have to hear the box anymore, and my neighbors don't hear my dogs!
